Full service machine shop, fabrication, welding and portable repair.- General repair of damaged or worn machinery and equipment; Hydraulic cylinder rebuild-repacking, replacement rods and pistons made, cylinder bores inspected and honed'; heavy equipment track/undercarriage repairs or replacement, boom/blade repairs or replacement; portable sand-blasting/priming/painting; 'short-run' production for machined components; machinery rebuild/restoration(ex.- band-saws, sheet metal brakes, lathes, etc.).Tractor-trailer repairs, '5th' wheel replacement my specialty. Hope to be building a larger shop in late 2015'-early 2016' to accommodate existing machinery we currently have in storage. This will bring our lathe capacities to - 40" swing x 12 ft. between centers and 32" swing x 14 ft. between centers; vertical turret/boring mill with 24" swing and vertical boring mill with 52" swing; also 3" horizontal boring mill. We're small but we do it all.
