  Kristen Hartsough

  Kristen has spent most of her college years at the College of Southern Maryland in the Registered Nursing program and received her Certified Nursing Assistant and CPR certifications. She is looking forward on continuing her education while working for KinderCare. She feels blessed to have the opportunity to work with Barry and all the teachers and staff at the KinderCare in Mitchellville, Maryland. One of Kristen's goals while working for KinderCare is to be the best she can be for the facility, children, co-workers and herself. She strives to make the children and families feel safe, loved and important during their time at KinderCare and to see every child grow and learn through our curriculum and enrichment programs. Kristen is the mother of a eight-year-old daughter and, in 2009, worked at KinderCare in Waldorf, Maryland. She babysat children since she was a young teen and has always enjoyed working with children. She also teaches the six to eight-year-old class at Vacation Bible School.

  Ms. Liselle

  Ms. Liselle has been working for KinderCare for seven years. She is from the beautiful island of Haiti. Ms. Liselle is a loving, caring, and sincere person. She loves children and adores what she does. Ms. Liselle teaches and reinforces basic skills and creates a safe learning environment for every student. She gives the children her full attention and consistently repeats to ensure understanding. She opens the center everyday at 6:30 am.

  Ms. Nicole

  <p><!--block-->Ms. Nicole was born and raised in Maryland and has eight brothers and four sisters. In addition to her large family of siblings she is also a mother of two wonderful children, Amiyah, and Antoine Jr.. She graduated from Charles Herbert Flowers high school in Springdale, Maryland in the top twenty percent of her class. She went on to further her educational experience at Prince Georges Community College. Ms. Nicole has such a passion for working with children that she decided that she wanted to be an educator and began taking elementary education courses. After successful completion of all courses she received her Associate's of Arts in Teaching Degree and graduated from the college with a 3.8 GPA. After graduation, Ms. Nicole began looking for advances in the education field by applying to numerous Prince Georges County Board of Education positions, ranging from substitute work to ten-month teaching positions. Now she is a Preschool teacher at KinderCare, where she can share her knowledge and inspiration to heighten academic advancement in young children. Even though Ms. Nicole is already in the teaching field, she looks forward to advancing in her career and receiving her Bachelor’s Degree.</p>

  Ms. Donnetta

  <p><!--block-->Ms.Donnetta started working in child care when she was in high school. She loves helping the children trace names, letter, and write stories about each theme in the curriculum. She has a one year old son and five year old daughter.</p>
